Q: I have the Flash 7 player and it's still too slow!
A: Firstly, try exiting all other applications on your machine. Close other windows in your browser. If it is still too slow, it may be time to upgrade your computer. This game has been optimised to run on as many machines as possible but the game by nature is graphically intensive and may run slower on some older machines.

Q: My FREE Certificate isn't coming through.
A: You need to supply a valid email address, and your email program must be capable of receiving HTML email. The images in the certificate must download when you access your email, so please give these time to download.

Q: I can't print my certificate.
A: Make sure your email program is set to 'print images.

Q: What's the highest score you can get?
A: We know scores of 500,000 are possible but we're not telling you how!

Q: How does my high score get saved?
A: Scores are saved with your email address when you enter it. Make sure you use the same valid email address each time. Please read the Privacy Policy - we care about your privacy.

Q: How does the certificate work?
A: Your certificate shows your highest score ever, and the team you were playing for when you got it. It also shows your total wins and total losses.

Q: What happens when you challenge a friend?
A: They will be sent an email showing your message, and your highest score. We respect your privacy and your friends. Please read the Privacy Policy.

Q: How can I get more points for my country - they are struggling on the leaderboard?
A: Tell all your friends to play. Tell them to tell their friends. Pass it around your fellow countrymen!
